A Restaurant Manager has the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of a restaurant, including staffing, customer service, and financial performance. They perform hands-on work, work closely with the above-store team, and serve as a role model in developing talent within the team.

  • The position entails the capacity to move, lift, stack, and transport cartons weighing up to 50 pounds, to and from shelves at different heights. This role involves prolonged standing periods, squatting, or stooping frequently to reach items on the ground or lower shelves. Regular overhead, forward, and under-reaching beyond shelves, tables, kitchen equipment, and counters are expected. This position requires recurring tasks such as bending, wiping, sweeping, and mopping. Temperature variations are prevalent in areas such as the cooler, freezer, and cooking sections of the restaurant. The position also involves potential exposure to hazards like accidents due to slips, falls, cuts, abrasions, and burns.
