The Team Member's primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while working in conjunction with Restaurant Managers and other Burger King Clerks to uphold operational standards and procedures.

In this role, the individual is overseen by the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, and works with Guests and field operations staff.

• Demonstrates a welcoming smile while managing order placement and payment processing for guests
• Packaging for food products must conform to strict regulations set by governing health and consumer protection bodies
• In charge of ensuring that the restaurant always conveys an immaculate appearance, encompassing the interior dining hall, restroom, and outdoor landscape
• The observance of health and safety regulations is essential for the promotion of a safe working environment
• Manages inventory by replenishing goods as necessary and returning unsold items to the storage
• Punctuality and attendance are two key factors for creating a positive and reliable work environment
• Follows the uniform and grooming policies of Burger King

Qualifications and expertise:

• The minimum age prerequisite for this is 16 years
• Capable of excelling in a fast-moving job setting
• The ability to work multiple stations, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the restaurant environment, is key to achieving success in this fast-paced industry
